Helping restore the PCAM F/A-18A Hornet

Photo taken just after we showcased the newly painted F-18 at the Pacific Coast Air Museum in California! Was such a fantastic experience working with mark and the crew restoring VMFA314's "Showtime 01"!
I really enjoyed reading about the restoration of the F/A-18A Hornet because it highlights the dedication needed to preserve important pieces of aviation history. During a busy semester, I used do my python assignment while working on technical subjects and research projects. It reminded me that restoring something valuable, whether an aircraft or knowledge, requires patience, teamwork, and attention to detail.
